Refund Policy
At Lafolie, we are committed to delivering exceptional events and experiences. Please note that all ticket sales are final. By purchasing a ticket, you agree to the terms outlined below regarding our no-refund policy.
No Refunds or Exchanges
- All ticket purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances. This includes, but is not limited to, changes in your personal schedule, travel arrangements, or dissatisfaction with the event.
- Once a ticket is purchased, it is your responsibility to attend the event. We do not offer refunds for no-shows or last-minute cancellations.
Exceptions to the No-Refund Policy
Refunds will only be considered under the following exceptional circumstances:

Event Cancellation by Lafolie : If we cancel or reschedule the event, ticket holders are entitled to a full refund of the ticket price. Refunds will be processed automatically, and the funds will be returned to the original payment method within [10-14] business days.

Severe Medical Emergencies: In the case of a severe medical emergency that prevents you from attending, we may, at our discretion, consider issuing a refund. This is subject to providing adequate documentation (e.g., a doctor’s note) and must be requested no later than [7 days] before the event.

Force Majeure: In the rare event that unforeseen circumstances, such as natural disasters, government-imposed restrictions, or other force majeure events prevent the event from taking place, we will issue either a refund or credit for a future event, at our discretion.
No Refund for Change of Plans
We understand that plans may change, but we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges due to:
- Personal schedule conflicts
- Travel delays or cancellations
- Dissatisfaction with the event’s content or format
Final Sale on Discounted Tickets
Tickets purchased at a discounted rate or as part of a promotional offer are strictly non-refundable, regardless of any circumstances.
No Refund for Third-Party Purchases
Tickets purchased from third-party vendors or resellers are not eligible for refunds from Lafolie. Please contact the original seller directly for any refund requests.
Event Changes
We reserve the right to make minor changes to event details, including guest speakers or performances. These changes do not qualify for a refund, as long as the event proceeds as scheduled.
